Join the Mutual Aid Committee to build bus stop benches! All experience levels welcome, as we will help new folks learn to use the tools safely.

We will be outside, so water and sun protection are a must. If you have any of these tools, please bring them: hammers, pry bars, cordless drills, work gloves, clamps.

Study Hall is a low stakes, fun way to engage with current events and different political currents by joining your comrades in reading a short article and discussing as a group. We choose material by participant suggestion so if you have something you'd like to read and study, please bring it to the meeting for group consideration.

Join the Immigrant Solidarity Committee for our monthly meeting. We will be discussing short-term and long-term strategies, actions, and plans to expand Immigrant Protections in our local area. Join us to strengthen DSA's commitment to protecting our Wilmington neighbors of all backgrounds!

The Wilmington Democratic Socialists of America chapter sponsors a monthly cleanup effort to help make the living environment for unhoused folks more tolerable and to help protect our local environment. Providing this service to our unhoused neighbors makes it less likely that complaints will be filed or city officials will harass the people living in the encampment. We also bring much needed supplies to people in need as we are able, so all donations welcome.

We will have all the tool necessary to pick up trash, all you need to do is show up!

Join us for some bench decorating! For this session we will be painting the benches built earlier in the month. All experience levels welcome, just bring yourself and your creativity.

We will be outside, so bring water and dress accordingly. If you have any of these tools, please bring them too: paint brushes, paint cups, mini rollers & trays and any paint you'd like to donate.
